We use the backgrounds from isotope biogeochemistry, isotope ecological niches, isoscapes, genetics, chemistry, and statistics to apply in forensic approaches to assess information about animal trafficking, product authentication, region of origin determination, tracking human movements, environmental crime enforcement, among others.
